This video showed
the sort of ignorance that Americans have in not knowing where their products
are made, and even more so in the fact that they have no idea of the process
that goes into almost everything the purchase. The video was eye opening,
showing how hard and repetitive the manual labor was in China, not only having
very strict rules, but also being incredibly low paying. Watching it makes
people really think about what they purchase and what goes into that product,
but I think in the long run these videos only have a short term effect, the
only way to truly influence someone to try to change this system would be them
being personally affected by it.
